Warranties and Contracts
Collateral warranties are now becoming an increasingly commonplace requirement of projects. Construction 42 has many years experience in the drafting of warranties. Once we have receipt of the proposed Warranty and Contract documents we will undertake a full document review. The review will look into the proposed wording in comparison to the wording at tender, contract documents and recognised standard forms of warranty. We will return the amended warranty wording with a detailed breakdown of the proposed amendments.
We will also undertake any negotiations on your behalf with solicitors, client’s surveyors or representatives.

48 Hour Service
Construction 42 offers a 48 hour turn around for the review of collateral warranties, and guarantee to return the warranty within 48 hours of receipt, complete with comments and amendments in line with the agreed contract documents.
Should the terms of the warranty not be acceptable construction 42 will undertake negotiations with the client on your behalf.
